Since the year dot humans have influenced agriculture and have created new living spaces on mountain and larch meadows as well as pastures. For centuries, the extensive cultivation of this area has contributed to the introduction of innumerable plants and animal species. For this reason the preservation and protection of these landscapes and their traditional forms of cultivation is our utmost priority. Agriculture, the regular tillage of fields and alpine pastures, seeding & harvesting, breeding cattle, keeping chicken, sheep, horses, pigs and similar other farm animals, belongs to our tradition. At the same time it is our responsibility regarding humans, nature and animals.
